Savannah International Terminal Invests in New Mobile Conveyor System

SIT has purchased a new mobile conveyor system. This system will be put in to service immediately for the customer interested in moving bulk material direct from railcars to shipping containers thus saving the customer expensive storage costs and reducing handling to a minimum. The conveyor is equipped with a built in scale system to accurately determine the weight of the material being loaded. The system is a LOADMASTER MODEL 4255.
